Changed your mind? You have 14 days to tell us. Something arrived faulty or broken? We'll sort it, and you won't pay to send it back.
Your 14-day right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days, starting the day after you receive it. If your order comes in more than one parcel, the 14 days start the day after the last one arrives.
To cancel, email hello@daftgoods.com with your order number, or use the model cancellation form at the bottom of this page. You don't have to give a reason, although Daft is curious.
Once you've told us, you have a further 14 days to send the items back.
Refunds
- We refund the price of the items plus the standard delivery charge you paid.
- We refund within 14 days of receiving the items back, or of you sending proof that you've posted them, whichever comes first.
- Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used.
- If you're cancelling because you changed your mind, you pay the cost of posting the items back. Use a tracked service, because we can't refund a parcel that never arrives.
- We may reduce a refund if an item has been handled more than you'd need to check it, the way you would in a shop. A costume worn to a party, for example.
Faulty, damaged or not as described
If something arrives broken, faulty or not as described, you also have rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll offer you a refund or a replacement. We cover any return postage. For very cheap items we may simply tell you to keep it.

How to send something back
Email us first, and please don't post anything until we reply. Returns don't go to the same place orders come from. We'll send you the returns address and a reference within 2 working days.
