Where we deliver
Right now we deliver to UK addresses only.
International delivery is coming soon. The EU, the US and the rest of the world are mapped out. We're sorting the customs paperwork first, so nobody gets a surprise bill on their doorstep. Daft is pacing.

Times run from the day you order to the day it arrives, counting working days only. Most UK orders land in about a week.
How it gets to you
Our products ship directly from our supplier partners, many of them overseas, rather than from a stockroom behind Daft's counter. That is how we keep prices low. It also means:
- If you order several things, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.
- The packaging is plain and practical. The fun is inside.
- You'll get a tracking link by email once your order is on its way.
Charges on delivery
UK orders should not come with any extra charges at the door. If a courier ever asks you to pay to release a Daft Goods parcel, don't pay. Email us first at hello@daftgoods.com.
Where's my parcel?
Tracking can go quiet for a few days while a parcel is travelling. That's normal, if annoying. If your order hasn't arrived 15 working days after you placed it, email us with your order number and we'll chase it, send it again or refund you.
Wrong address?
Email us as soon as you can. Once an order has gone to the supplier we may not be able to change it, but we'll try.
